SUMMER SAVORY

Summem Savory is the traditional herb of choice for Maritime
families. This is due to the distinctive spicy flavour and suitability to our short growing season. Nova Scotia's fertile glacial soils and its moderate climate, with four distinctive seasons, combine to produce a naturally rich flavour in our summer savory and herbs. On our farm located in the historic Annapolis Valley we grow exceptional summer savory, which we believe to be the finest in the world. We grow what I believe to be the finest Summer Savory in the world... It's a sight to see, acres of fragrant savory gently swaying in the August breeze, which itself is propelled by the massive tides of the nearby Minas basin.
